[LGP-copyprotect] spreading the news about the new system

Thanks for opening this ML to discuss the copy protection.

Michael, as far as I understand the new protection scheme as you 
presented it on the X3 ML, things have quite changed significantly, and 
it is much more flexible and comprehensive, especially for users without 
an internet connection. It seems even different from the press release 
available at 
http://www.linuxgamepublishing.com/press_releases/200806241.txt.

I think that would be good to spread the news when the final scheme is 
set, especially to the news oulets that have already reported the 
stories about the copy protection, especially:

phoronix
slashdot
linux-gamers.net
linuxgames.com

and maybe some others. That would show that LGP listened to their 
customers and fixed the issues that have been raised. I don't want to 
substitute to your PR department, but if you need me (us, ML 
subscribers) to write stories and post them, I'd be happy to do them.
